After spending over 6 months trying to find a property, at a time when there was an oversupply of buyers and... undersupply of property, I was ready to give up. I had become accustomed to properties being listed and then being sold prior to the first viewing advertised and it all seemed an impossible task. That was, until I enlisted PS Property. Within the first week Nick showed me 3 off-market properties, each of which ticked a lot of my boxes. I had to sell the family home in Brisbane quickly after my elderly parents moved to a nursing home at very short... notice. I'm an only child and live in another town, so it was very daunting. Someone recommended Carolyn Campbell to me from PS Property Advisory, and I couldn't recommend her highly enough. She met me at the house and was very compassionate. She got back to me within a few days with an assessment of the property and a strategy for getting the best price. We followed her recommendations and she organised all the tradies and stylist, and had them in and out in record time. She also did all the liaising with the real estate agent, Marion Sheerman from Ray White New Farm, who was also excellent. The house looked amazing. Within five days of the house going on the market, we had ten offers, all above the original estimates. The final price was much more than we were expecting, and paid for the renovations three times over. I decided to use a buyers agent after spending a couple of weekends flying up from Melbourne to look at properties and... quickly realising there are a lot of potential pitfalls in the Brisbane markets for the unwary (flood zones, aspect, overlays etc) and I was not too sure which was the best suburb for me to buy in.I appointed PS Property Advisory and Sue Aspinall in particular to assist in a purchase of a Queenslander to assist in my move from Melbourne to Brisbane after a recommendation from my accountant. I met with other buyers agents also, however, in the end I felt comfortable with the professionalism of Sue, the depth of experience of PS Property Advisory and the extra reassurance of being members of the Real Estate Buyers Agents Association of Australia.The process was focussed, professional and efficient. After completing their questionnaire, meetings, telephone conversations and emails, Sue steered me towards which parts os Brisbane best met my criteria. I flew up and she drove me around to get a better feel for the recommended areas. Along the way, I received several shortlists so I could look at the properties remotely and provide feedback.In the end the perfect property came on the market, I was away with work at the time and Sue was able to look at the property for me, conduct a FaceTime walk through with me, provide extra pictures, detailed report, organise pest and building reports, research the area and market, make bids on my behalf and in the end secured the property which had multiple offers within days of being not he market. Without Sue I would not be writing this review after being in new house one week later.I cannot recommend Sue and PS Property Advisory enough, the results speak for themselves.read more

After spending over 6 months trying to find a property, at a time when there was an oversupply of buyers and undersupply of property, I was ready to give up. I had become accustomed to properties being listed and then being sold prior to the first viewing advertised and it all seemed an impossible task. That was, until I enlisted PS Property. Within the first week Nick showed me 3 off-market properties, each of which ticked a lot of my boxes. He managed to narrow my search, focusing on properties with future capital growth, in desirable locations. Within a month I had found my perfect new home. Nick made the whole process stress-free. I had to sell the family home in Brisbane quickly after my elderly parents moved to a nursing home at very short notice. I'm an only child and live in another town, so it was very daunting. Someone recommended Carolyn Campbell to me from PS Property Advisory, and I couldn't recommend her highly enough. She met me at the house and was very compassionate. She got back to me within a few days with an assessment of the property and a strategy for getting the best price. We followed her recommendations and she organised all the tradies and stylist, and had them in and out in record time. She also did all the liaising with the real estate agent, Marion Sheerman from Ray White New Farm, who was also excellent. The house looked amazing. Within five days of the house going on the market, we had ten offers, all above the original estimates. The final price was much more than we were expecting, and paid for the renovations three times over. Carolyn was always happy to answer my questions and follow things up, even when she'd already started her Christmas holidays.My parents and I couldn't be happier with the result. I decided to use a buyers agent after spending a couple of weekends flying up from Melbourne to look at properties and quickly realising there are a lot of potential pitfalls in the Brisbane markets for the unwary (flood zones, aspect, overlays etc) and I was not too sure which was the best suburb for me to buy in.I appointed PS Property Advisory and Sue Aspinall in particular to assist in a purchase of a Queenslander to assist in my move from Melbourne to Brisbane after a recommendation from my accountant. I met with other buyers agents also, however, in the end I felt comfortable with the professionalism of Sue, the depth of experience of PS Property Advisory and the extra reassurance of being members of the Real Estate Buyers Agents Association of Australia.The process was focussed, professional and efficient. After completing their questionnaire, meetings, telephone conversations and emails, Sue steered me towards which parts os Brisbane best met my criteria. I flew up and she drove me around to get a better feel for the recommended areas. Along the way, I received several shortlists so I could look at the properties remotely and provide feedback.In the end the perfect property came on the market, I was away with work at the time and Sue was able to look at the property for me, conduct a FaceTime walk through with me, provide extra pictures, detailed report, organise pest and building reports, research the area and market, make bids on my behalf and in the end secured the property which had multiple offers within days of being not he market.
