We heard about Carolyn and PS Property Advisory through friends who had a very positive experience with her work in helping to prepare their house for sale. In our situation we had a house that had been on a long-term rental and we needed to sell. We live in a remote part of Queensland and did not have easy access to the house and so it was important for us to find someone we could trust to manage getting it ready for market and assist with the decision making around what was required. From the start, Carolyn was an excellent communicator, she was quick to reassure us that she would put our interests first and look after dealing with all the respective trades people required to get the house ready to obtain the best market value within our decided budget. Carolyn was nothing short of remarkable with respect to getting the required work done quickly and within three weeks she was able to transform the property. The house went to market on the Friday evening and we had a contract in front of us that we were very excited about by Sunday afternoon. The experience was as promised – enjoyable and stress-free. We could never have managed to get the same outcome without her assistance and would strongly recommend her to anyone that wants to optimise their house for the market.
